The Group
One group. Six companies. One standard.
Arindam Dream Designs® is a diversified group operating across weddings and events, hospitality, real estate and construction, marketing, florals and gifting, and dining.
Founded by Arindam Mukherjee, the group grew from a single events practice into a connected ecosystem — each company built to solve a problem we first ran into in our own work. We operate from offices in Kolkata, Delhi, Goa and Thailand, and deliver projects across India and internationally.
The result is unusual in our sector: a single group that can design an event, build the venue it happens in, host the guests who attend it, and market all three.
Our Philosophy
One philosophy. Many expressions.
Most companies in our industry specialise in one discipline and outsource the rest. Every handover is a point where quality, timelines and accountability can slip.
We took the opposite route. When a wedding needed a venue that didn’t exist, we built venues. When those venues needed interiors and construction, ADDVITA followed. When guests needed somewhere to stay, we built a hospitality portfolio. When all of it needed demand, we built our own marketing systems — and then opened them to clients outside the group.
Every vertical was created to answer a real need, and each one makes the others stronger. For clients, that means one team, one standard and one point of accountability, however many disciplines a project touches.
Leadership
The Founder
Arindam Mukherjee began his career on stage, not in a boardroom. From the age of fifteen he worked as a choreographer and performer, touring India, London, Toronto, China, Thailand and Southeast Asia.
That grounding in large-scale live production shaped everything that followed. He went on to build 150 training centres across six countries and direct productions involving more than 3,000 performers. In 2012 he went independent — and Arindam Dream Designs® took shape, first as a wedding and events studio, then as the group it is today.

Every project starts with the concept and works backwards to budget and logistics — not the other way round.

Own the infrastructure
Venues, production teams, décor inventory and execution capability are in-house wherever possible. Less outsourcing means fewer surprises.

Clients deal with one group, one plan and one point of contact, even on projects that span three verticals.

Finish the last five percent
Three decades of live production have taught us that the distance between good and extraordinary sits almost entirely in the final details.
